HELP!

My FIL birthday is next week and I have to make his card and get it sent by Monday lunchtime.  Easy, I hear u say? Trouble is I am at work all day tomorrow..and that is 13and a half hours for me!.. and I am having a serious case of crafting block today

So, if anyone has any tips, links I can check out, that would be great.

I think I should get off the computer for a little while though.....give myself a fighting chance lol
